I had a fantastic stay at a motel in Dunedin. The location was ideal, close to the beautiful Dunedin Botanical Gardens and conveniently near grocery stores. The motel had spacious rooms with a separate living room, made up for any small issues like the bathroom needing an update. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this motel for its spacious rooms, great location, and friendly staff.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect, right across from the beautiful botanical gardens. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything I needed to make breakfast. it was a great experience.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The location of this motel is great as it is near the botanic garden and city center. the rooms have some advantages, such as a small dishwasher and comfortable beds. Some of the rooms have been renovated recently, making them more modern.

There is one major downside to this motel. According to a review, some of the facilities are out of date, such as the heaters and bathroom adapters.

Good deal during the Christmas season. Convenient location near restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Limited parking spaces, so we had to park in a public lot nearby. Noise from nearby businesses kept us up late at night.

It was walking distance from the botanical gardens and a short drive away from a big supermarket. the room was also equipped with a dishwasher and had plenty of towels, which was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The kitchenette was small and lacked adequate storage space. It was also a bit noisy with the traffic from the nearby road.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was great. They provided parking facilities, and the location was close to everything, including the botanic gardens and the university. The staff was excellent; they welcomed us warmly upon arrival and provided us with useful information about transportation to nearby attractions.
